Winter Concert Dates

Winter concerts are coming up! Thursday, November 30: Band Thursday, December 7: Orchestra Thursday, December 14: Choir All concerts are at 7 pm in the JAMS auditorium. Musicians should arrive at 6:30 and report to their director. We hope you can join us to enjoy the music of JAMS!

Instrument Tune Up Dates

Our Band and Orchestra directors will be holding instrument tune up dates. More info about specific timing will be coming out. Start of 2020-21 School Year

2020 Summer Music Camps

Summer is just around the corner and there are many great summer music camps in the  area. Music Recruitment Day on Tuesday, October 30th

Friends of Jane Addams Music (FOJAM) is seeking volunteers to chaperone the Music Recruitment Day on Tuesday, October 30th. JAMS is getting ready to welcome 5th grade students from local feeder schools to the music program’s Recruitment Day which will be held Tuesday Oct. 30 from morning bell (8:45 am) to 1pm. Music Parent Meeting and FOJAM Board Meeting 11/4

There are a couple of meetings scheduled for Wednesday, November 4: Jane Addams Music Parents Meeting (6:30 pm): Meet with the music teachers Orchestra parents meet in Room 113 Choir parents meet at the Stage in the Auditorium Band parents meet in Room 228 This meeting is not mandatory, but parents are strongly encouraged to attend. FOJAM Board Meeting (7:00 pm): The FOJAM Board Meeting is open to all parents.

Back to Music Potluck Picnic POSTPONED

Because the start of school has been delayed, we have no way to contact our incoming 6th Grade music families to invite them to the potluck picnic we had scheduled for Saturday, September 12. Therefore, the picnic is postponed. Watch this space for information on the rescheduled picnic. If you have questions, you can email Matt Brady at info@fojam.org
